Is Colla free?
Your first design is free. Its exports carry a small Colla mark. To keep creating, and to export without the mark, subscribe to Colla Weekly.
How does the subscription work?
Colla Weekly is sold by Apple through the App Store and renews every week until you cancel. It is $6.99 a week in the United States; the App Store shows the price in your currency before you subscribe. It includes up to 30 designs a week, exports without the mark, and every style and template.
How do I cancel?
On your iPhone, open Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions, choose Colla and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the week ends to avoid the next charge. You keep the subscription until the end of the week you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are billed by Apple, and only Apple can refund them. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I subscribed, but Colla still shows the paywall
Tap Restore on the paywall while signed in to the same Apple Account you subscribed with. If that doesn't help, email us.
What happens to my photos?
Your full-size photos and your videos never leave your iPhone. To plan a design, Colla sends small copies of your photos (768 pixels), one still frame of each video and a few details such as colours and the city a photo was taken in. Those copies are deleted as soon as the design is made, within 24 hours at most. The privacy policy has the details.
Where are my designs saved?
On your iPhone, in Colla's gallery. There is no cloud sync yet, so deleting the app deletes your designs. Export the ones you want to keep to your photo library.
The design isn't what I wanted
Everything in a design is editable: tap any text, photo or sticker to change it. You can also edit your description and try again. Adding details like names, dates, colours or a style ("film look", "handwritten") helps.
How do I delete my data?
In Colla, open Settings › Delete my data. This deletes what our servers hold about you. It does not cancel your subscription; cancel that in your Apple Account settings.
